Common Transformational Life Coaching Questions
-
Transformational life coaching is a whole-person coaching process designed to create meaningful and lasting change. Instead of just setting goals or fixing surface problems, it addresses all parts of your life – emotional, mental, physical, relational, and spiritual.
With this type of life coaching, you gain clarity, explore unseen patterns and behaviors, and make a series of small shifts that lead to deeper changes. Using my unique approach, which blends professional expertise with life experience, you can move into a more joyful and authentic life. -
My transformational life coaching offers many unique benefits, such as:
Immediate Action Steps – After each coaching session, you’ll walk away with new insights and next steps, enabling you to start the healing process right away.
A Unique, Holistic Approach – My transformational life coaching is effective because it’s deep, honest, and tailored to you. It’s not a one-size-fits-all program, so I’m able to go beyond surface-level strategies and help you heal the whole you.
Extensive Experience – Unlike many life coaches who are just entering this field, I have over 30 years of personal and professional experience. I can meet you where you are because I’ve been there too.
Clarity, Confidence & Focus – You’ll move from uncertainty and doubt to clarity and confidence. We’ll identify the patterns that hold you back and replace them with beliefs and practices that help you feel secure, confident, and peaceful – so you can create the life you want.
In one-on-one coaching, you’ll learn to identify the patterns that keep you stuck, practice new ways of responding, and take small steps to change your daily life. For couples, you’ll learn how to reconnect with yourself and your partner, change destructive patterns, foster more intimacy, and develop healthy communication habits.

My transformational life coaching uses a unique, holistic approach based on my personal spiritual journey and over 30 years of professional experience. I use whole-person and heart-centered techniques that focus on all parts of you – mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
During coaching sessions, I typically blend practical strategies (active listening, asking clarifying questions, action steps) with other holistic practices, such as:
Somatic awareness – noticing how emotion & insight show up in your body
Emotional processing – moving through stuck feelings
Mindfulness – learning to stay present in each moment
Spiritual insight – discovering inner wisdom, clarity, purpose, and peace
Self-awareness techniques – learning more about your inner landscape
As an RN trained in integrative health, I can also discuss health and lifestyle factors with you that may affect your emotional well-being. I provide integrative guidance to help you change your life.
-

Coaching sessions are natural and organic conversations. I listen to what’s going on in your life and ask thoughtful questions to help you identify patterns you’ve been too immersed in to notice. We’ll talk about what’s working for you and what isn’t.
I’ll share my insights, help you develop action steps, and suggest tools or techniques. My goal is to provide small, concrete practices for you to try between our calls. I may also recommend taking time to journal, reflect, or sit with your thoughts as your personal transformation unfolds.
Over time, the sessions build on each other. You’ll likely notice a new awareness between sessions and return with fresh observations. These small shifts will lead to the greater transformation you’re searching for.
*Please keep in mind – I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, so I cannot diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If I believe you need guidance beyond the scope of my services, I will refer you to a licensed mental health professional.

Traditional life coaching emphasizes goal setting, strategy, and accountability. Transformational life coaching also uses these tools. But it goes even deeper by incorporating other techniques, such as:
Mindfulness
Somatic work
Emotional processing
Health & lifestyle changes
Mood & performance adjustments
Spiritual processing & practices
For example, emotional instability may have roots in nutrition, hormonal changes, or environmental toxins. With my integrative training, I’m able to observe these influences and suggest the appropriate next steps. This results in a broader and more sustainable change that honors your whole self.
-
Coaching and counseling share some similarities – both provide a corrective relationship, reflective listening, and exploration of your past and present. But there are some key differences to be aware of:
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
Coaching is generally more present, future, and solution-focused.
Coaching often includes direct guidance and practical tools to accelerate change.
As an RN and transpersonal-trained coach, my coaching tends to be direct, solution-oriented, and mindfully present.
*Please keep in mind – I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, so I cannot diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If I believe you need guidance beyond the scope of my services, I will refer you to a licensed therapist or counselor.
